Introducing CIBNET
The
CIBNET Agreement is required to join CIBNET as a full member which includes the ability to post messages to our members and gain
access to the "Member Only" section of our CIB Internet site.
You agree to the terms and conditions of this cibnet agreement by signing up for this service.
The price for this member only service is $120.07 per year plus Texas Sales Tax of 8.25% or $130.00
For Offices with multiple agents who subscribe for service, the pricing is at a discount for each member:

The year starts when you join and runs until the same time the next year.
Reinstatement after more than 2 months lapse will be for 10 months at the above rates
Pay with Credit Card at PayPal Payment, if you don't want to pay at PayPal, you can mail a check to the below address.
If you are not a PayPal member click that you are not a member, which allows you
to pay with your credit card.
By making application for the CIB service you agree to all the terms and conditions of the
CIBNET Agreement
The income from your subscriptions will allow us to provide and improve this
service to you.
The ciblist, cciblist and gcciblist list servers are available to you to send email messages to CIB members in the DFW Metroplex, Central Texas and Gulf
Coast areas who are members of our service. Messages are generally limited to the area you serve except investor properties of over $300,000.00 in value may
be sent to areas outside your home area. Members will receive that message about your product or service. This is a service intended to add ease of searching for
properties for your buyers and to submit wants when you are unable to find the right property. It will also provide a great method of sharing your sellers properties with many other agents and brokers.
